I made this to illustrate my only real complaint about Watchmen.
I think “All Along the Watchtower” happened when they were approaching Antarctica. Wagner’s “Ride of the Valkyries” (even worse) was used for the Vietnam scene. Regardless, the point stands. Every musical cue in that movie was atrocious, esp. Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” for the giggle-inducing sex scene.
