I wonder how Asian-American advocacy groups feel about the phrase “slanty-eyed.”
As an Asian-American, I’m not crazy about it, but in the context, it’s easier than writing “..For that Picture Where She’s Pulling Her Eyes Sideways with Her Fingers.”
More to the point, though, the big story here is that she thought her first apology of bowing and saying “OH SO SOLLY” would be sufficient.
For shame, Miley.
